Anna Silk is a Canadian actress who was born on January 31, 1974. She's best known for her role as Bo in the Showcase Television series Lost Girl. Silk was raised in Fredericton New Brunswick Canada. Ilkay Silk as well as Peter Silk are the grandparents of Silk. Ilkay is a playwright and director. She also plays the role of drama instructor at St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna is a bit of a child with earliest memories of watching television and attending play rehearsals. Silk's portrayal of Bo and Lauren (Zoie Palmer) as same-sex lovers in the show Lost Girl was named one of the most popular TV Couples from CNN (Cable News Network) and named the Top TV Couple of 2013 by E! Entertainment Television. Silk is one of the most watched shows on the social networks.
